Case Study: Landing Page for 3pts Co-op
Learn more about a landing page that we designed and built for creative consulting business 3pts Co-op.
How It Started
3pts had an idea for a new creative consulting group.
Their goal was to market their new idea and gather co-op signups using a new landing page on Mailchimp.
3pts provided the copy and headshots and wanted two signup forms on the page— one at the top, and the other at the bottom.
how it went
We edited their headshots for a consistent visual experience.
Black and white photos were the most visually interesting and neutral against their bright yellow backgrounds.
We created custom graphics and button applications and added sharp web-hosted outlines & shadow effects to their images for an enhanced overall visual experience.
All elements were set on custom gold and white graphic backgrounds that provide a seamless scrolling experience.
By creating various ombre and wavy overlap techniques, website visitors are captivated and encouraged to scroll down the page and see more.
There was a platform limitation with only one signup form on the page.
We worked around this by creating an additional page with another signup form.
With the additional signup page, we could then link our CTAs to another signup form.
We also removed the upmost signup form on the main page to better focus on the value messaging and not read too “salesy” too soon up the page.
We inserted additional CTAs, or Calls to Action, throughout the page, giving the audience more opportunities to sign up for the co-op. This increases the page’s conversion rate.
The CTA buttons were designed cohesively with their given section.
All testimonials were originally planned to be displayed in only one area of the page, but we categorized them and placed them accordingly with relevant sections on the page.
For example:
Testimonials about the 3pts founder were placed underneath the founder’s bio.
Testimonials that covered a before and after experience of someone having a problem and having that problem solved by the client’s service were placed under the “challenges we solve” section.
Categorizing and breaking up the testimonials allowed for a more fluid and enticing user experience.
